Quick answers
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions · ATC Coach · Cancel. Apple handles all subscription billing, including cancellation and refunds.
How do I delete my account?
Inside ATC Coach: Settings · Delete Account. Account deletion is immediate. Your training history, voice recordings, and feedback are removed or anonymized within approximately 30 days.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
From the paywall screen, tap Restore Purchases. ATC Coach asks Apple for your current subscription status and re-activates your premium access if you have an active subscription on this Apple ID.
The voice grader marked my call wrong
Voice grading is automated and not perfect. The coach's correction shows you what the grader thought was missing — if you believe the grading was wrong, tap Report a problem on the debrief screen and include the scenario and what you said. We review reports weekly to improve the grader.
My subscription isn't activating
First try Restore Purchases from the paywall. If that doesn't work, sign out and back in (Settings · Sign Out) so your account refreshes. Still stuck? Email support@atccoach.app with your Apple ID email so we can cross-check.
